As someone who had a career in the criminal justice system, and who has spent countless hours observing and working in courtrooms, I can verify that what Leah is saying is absolutely true. It is highly suspicious, and very alarming, that someone in the DA's office, who is NOT part of the prosecution team, would go behind their back and supply discovery to the defense. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN .......PERIOD! In every District Court that I have ever worked with, there would immediately be an investigation launched by an outside agency (Here it would be the Texas Rangers) to find out who had been providing information to the defense, and that person better give their heart to Jesus, because their ass would belong to the Rangers. That kind of thing is NOT normal in courtrooms in the United States, so I guess my biggest question is.......HOW THE HELL IS THE JUDGE JUST IGNORING IT??? How is the judge simply proceeding like it didn't happen?

It appears Don Dumbass and the GOP have taken the mantle from Scientology's smear tactics against their perceived 'enemies' and relentlessly attacked, discredited and smeared them publicly, and behind the scenes. I am amazed to see that the tv and radio news programs have said nothing about the Danny Masterpn Trial. Yet they were all over Bill Cosby, Kevin Spacey and several others. The news about them was constant. Yet they are all quiet on the Masterson trial. Such hypocrites.
