After 17 years of harassment, intimidation, surveillance, and defamation, I am filing a lawsuit against Scientology and David Miscavige. While advocating for victims of Scientology has significantly impacted my life and career, Scientology’s ultimate objective of silencing me has not been achieved. Although this lawsuit is about what Scientology has done to me, I am one of thousands of targets of Scientology over the past seven decades. People who share their experiences in Scientology, and those who tell their stories and advocate for them, should be free to do so without fearing retaliation from a tax-exempt cult with billions in assets.
Leah, I have followed your fight against these crazy bastards for years and it is a huge stain on the face of our country that these psychotic criminals have been allowed to torture you and many, many others for YEARS without any action by our state or federal governments. It is disgusting! I was a cop for over 2 decades and I have never seen anything like this. You cannot tell me that the feds could not have gotten some undercovers inside there and taken them apart! I think every decision-maker in federal and California law enforcement, who was responsible for stopping any investigation into these freaks, needs to be investigated immediately to see what their ties are to this cult. If any link is discovered, they need to face charges for obstruction. You start taking down the cowards who are helping these bastards and their strength will start to disintegrate. I also think the owners of these social media companies need to tie up their sacks and put a stop to this scum spreading lies about you! Hey, #ELONMUSK are you listening?!?!? Stay strong Leah and make damn sure you have protection with you at all times. I'm in Texas, but If I was out there I would volunteer my time to help protect you. This is a bunch of BS!

Hello Leah! I am 100% behind your doing this! PLEASE read the e-mail I just sent you. I think you need to know that the lawsuit document you shared can be manipulated!! Please talk to your lawyers about this. I am a former Paralegal with the NC Department of Justice. I completely respect your transparency, but you may want to only put up a version that CANNOT be edited. There are too many bad people who, unfortunately, do not have your best interest at heart. I do...have been a fan and loved you a long time!
Thank you so much. I faced losing my job, intimidation (PIs in front of my house, calls to my workplace, etc) and looking over my shoulder for years because I spoke out and picketed. And I was never a Scientologist, nor were any of my family. Scientology, Inc. destroys families and communities. There is no informed consent in Scientology. It’s not the beliefs, it’s the policy-driven behaviors.
I hope you take them to the cleaners! Especially after what you have been thru. And for all the other victims! I've always worried about how far they would go to quiet you. I pray for your strength and courage! Go get that sob Leah!

As you said, religious freedom does not give anyone the right or power to cause the damage Scientology has caused to so many families. I think you said the IRS granted them tax exemption but the IRS nor any other the 3 letter organization can make law. So in essence, they have been given a “hall pass” that needs to be revoked due to bad behavior.
